TIME MANAGEMENT - MANAGING MULTIPLE TASKS - ONE DAY
“Snowed under, not enough hours in the day, nonstop, juggling act, and join the queue” are simply some of the things we say when we are unable to manage our time / day / people / tasks effectively. These inabilities to manage will not only make life difficult for us, it may hinder the performance of others and potentially effect valuable relationships within our teams and beyond.
This Module focuses on our mental discipline, balancing time, priorities, managing stake holder expectations while exploring gaps that occur between the desired and current situations. “Getting in the Zone” and feeling connected to the day and the tasks that need to be achieved is a psychological process that can be learned, as we know “Our Attitude will drive immediate and relevant behaviours”
We will also determine what are the unique “Time Wasters” for us and our teams and agree recommendations to increase efficiency and productivity
