POWER OF PERSUASION AND INFLUENCE (POPI) - 2 DAYS

 

The course takes a fascinating and revealing look at how we Influence other people’s attitudes and behaviours providing much needed insight into how we develop and maintain these powerful relationships.

All participants will benefit from open discussions, develop tailored communication styles for unique personality types that they deal with and have a real opportunity to experiment with a variety of communication and Influencing strategies.

Zero power-point usage from a course delivery perspective and an absolute connection from all to look at transferrable techniques that transform the way the team engage with the business and bring knowledge to life quickly, will be the focus throughout the 2 days

 

A structured approach to influencing will be introduced that will promote internal confidence for the user quickly. The structure also allows the user to be consultative and get key messages across with impact.

Participants will work in teams of three to practice this structure for business related areas (triad exercise).

We will place emphasis on how to use this structure in a meaningful and seamless manner that looks at both aspects of sharing key messages and asking critical questions.

This learning event will be tailored very much to the unique requirements of the team and individuals present whilst  exploring real challenges they may be facing and the quick wins they are able to achieve.
