PERSONAL IMPACT - TWO DAY

We have impact every minute of every day!

 

The big questions can be:

 

  • What is the current result of our personal Impact?

  • How do I know I have the right Impact?

  • Can I modify it? (Can I run way from my DNA?)

The answer to these and many other questions will be answered during this learning event that looks at the power of YOU

You will attend a workshop that will be insightful, results focussed and interactive ensuring a greater deal of personal self awareness and enhanced awareness of others. This will also serve well as a fantastic opportunity to understand how to deal with real time challenging situations and agree tranferrable solutions for these.  Every thing we explore and agree will contribute to enhancing your unique level of Personal Impact.

You will take part in a “Health Check” practical exercise (personal to you) that will help each participant to quickly realise their default style of communication and the personal impact they have currently.

During this exercise, each participant will have an opportunity to receive detailed feedback and make valuable adjustments where required. The course will be challenging and rewarding take each and every individual out of their comfort zones allowing them to realise the effect they have on others and the potential to achieve significantly more.

 

This investment of your time and energy will help you achieve more impact when and where you need it most. The way you sound, the way you move, even the way you think will be discussed in the most respectful and dignified manner, with valuable insights and solutions provided throughout our time together.

In this interactive and practical learning event you will learn to:   

  • Deal with difficult situations quickly and effectively

  • Develop and maintain rapport with others seamlessly

  • Think in new and more effective / strategic ways to develop more assertive attitude and accompanying behaviours 

  • Increase personal ability and confidence in handling confrontation

  • Define assertion and how we can use this more effectively

  • Discover how people feel about you
